Question Basics on fertilizers and water routine

Hi!

I was searching for a good fertilizer for my Phals but it just made me more confused! I don't know if I should get Dyna-Gro K-L-N, Dyna-Gro Grow, Maxicrop, Neptune...!! Too many options and I don't really know the difference between them all.

For sure I need one fertilizer that target root grow because my first Phal need a miracle right now! I'm thinking to do the "sphag bag" method suggested by Firstrays.com. I would like to buy his products (kelpmax and some other fertilizers but the shipping costs killed the transaction).

I was looking for a good seaweed extract as well (I read you need to seaweed as well the fertilizers). Any suggestion?

If I'm not asking too much, could someone tell me what is your schedule to water and fertilize the plants?! I read several different answers about it.

I would love to find a nursery that sells and give information about Orchids in my area but so far, no luck.

Again, any information helps!
Thank you

You can get for free rooting hormones from here:
http://www.orchidboard.com/community...-positive.html

And you can buy Dyna-Gro Grow or any fertilizer(for grow) from hydroponics store.

good to know... so if I've got a phal that only has a couple of roots... use rooting hormone if
available but no fertilizer?
