Indy Orchid Show this weekend

Hey everyone:
There is an Orchid Show going on this weekend at Indianapolis, Indiana. It's at Garfield Park, put on by the Central Indiana Orchid Society. They always have great bargains for those there to purchase and the displays are great!

Really??? Thanks for the info! I'm only an hour from Indy. I've been dying to get to a show like that! Is it going to be both Saturday and Sunday?
*cough* Not that I need any more plants... just bought a new one today..... erm. But I'd love to just go and take photos and be amazed!

Yes, Abbie9 the show goes all weekend I believe. Sorry to be late getting back to you on this, but have been too busy to check in.
The number for Garfield Park is 317-327-7184; their hours are 10-5 Saturday and 1-5 Sunday.
Their address is: 2505 Conservatory Drive, Indianapolis IN 46203
Directions are as follows:
From I-65 Raymond Street Exit - Head south off of the exit ramp on Raymond Street and immediately turn left onto Shelby Street. The main entrance to Garfield Park is located on the right only a few blocks from Raymond. The Conservatory and Sunken Garden are located immediately inside the park on your left.

From Downtown Indianapolis - Head south on Pennsylvania Avenue from downtown. Continue on as Pennsylvania Avenue turns into Madison Avenue. Turn left on Pleasant Run Parkway, which is at the intersection nearest IPS' Manual High School. Turn right on *Pagoda Drive and keep left at the 3-way intersection onto Conservatory Drive. The Sunken Garden and Conservatory are located on the right.

Thank you! I'll be checking it out on Sunday I'll have to bug my friends until I find a non-orchidist chaperone to come along to physically restrain me/hold all my money so I don't come back with a car full, ha! I'm very excited!
