A better understanding of NoID

So here is my understanding on NoID's and why they can't be judged. Because they are hybrids they cannot be judged because the origin cannot be determined, where-as an actual species has a "parent".

Just like dog shows. They will not judge a mixed-breed because there are no papers or anything to prove exactly what species are in the dog. They will only judge pure-breds.

Is this a good example of why NoID's are not judged?
