Question what plant should I get?

Hi
I am wanting to get a new plant but I can only get one and since I am still a beginner I want to know what plant is the easier to grow. The two I like are cochlioda sanguineum and cirrhopetalum elizabeth ann bucklebury.

thanks

I don't know what those are but you should get a phal. Phals are awesome and make excellent company. Btw, orchids should never travel alone.

I think Phal and Catts go well together, I never buy just one orchid I like every thing in pairs

self control thats funny but no its the lack of money. That and I will be moving soon and I hate to move my plants. But after I move I plan on getting more plants

Haraella rectrocalla, ornithophora radicans, tuberolabium woodii, 'oncidium cheiroporum, dendrobium oligophyllum, angraecum didieri, neofinetia falcata, sedirea japonica, and bulbo ambrosia are all small orchids (easy to move) that are also fragrant. Some of the names are crazy but they are all surprisingly easy to grow.

I personally would recommend a phramipedium besseae cross- I have Phrag besseae (besseae 'Big Bob' x besseae 'Colossal' (it was one of the cheaper ones, but still pretty). I grow it with my phals and it has done nothing but thrive! I pretty much leave it alone except for basic watering/fertilizing every week and a spritz of water to help with humidity= easy, easy, easy!

I have also heard that several oncidiums ('sharry baby', 'sweet fragrance', etc) are supposed to be pretty easy as well!

Good luck and happy hunting! Let us know what you find!
