I have this same hybrid.
I bought it in small spike last fall. It is mounted and has about 6 leaves, much smaller than yours.

I was not very good with watering and the spike seemed to stopped developing further unfortunately.
It has been growing one new leaf though.
the spike is not dead but just sitting there.

Mine is by south window.
Yours look nice. yes, needed more light I guess.
These need a lot of light for sure.
