When I do the second soaking next week, I'll use coffee instead of plain water. Well see how if goes.

I do put beer traps in the garden periodically when I notice a lot of damage and it works well. I tend to get lazy about it mostly due to the yuck factor with daily clean up. I'll have to find an outdoor table to put them on next year. I looked for one this spring but couldn't find one I really liked. Maybe next year I will be less picky.
