Brand new to orchids and need help

Have posted 3 pictures to my album don't know how to get them here.

Not sure what these are but both said just add ice. Have one tag says phaleaneopsis.

I have been given to orchids that I have enjoyed a bunch. Now I have what i think are to keikis on one plant that I need help with. I'm not sure if and how to proceed to detach and replant. Also does the original plant need to be repotted? All advise accepted please.(See 2 pictures)

The other plant has not done as well. Bloomed once but appears to be putting off new roots. Should it be repotted?
