so yeah I've looked at past threads of people with ghost orchids and tried to duplicate what they did to successfully grow their ghosts. Right now my biggest concern is air circulation cause some people say none and some say a decent amount. the temps are between 70-85 degrees F, and i have a humidifier that i turn on through most of the day on low so the humidity is usually 95% or more. I spray them once a day with water, and i have a cold neon, and a warm neon. I have concerns though cause they have been out of the flask for like a month and haven't done much.
Arenal - stealing protected plants is a Federal offence, and as it was a plant that is quite endangered and only lives in that one place, is pretty crappy, in my mind.
From the pictures your ghosts are looking good compared to mine.

I got similar looking one from Oak Hill Gardens a month ago and it also has moss under it. The plant hasn't been doing that well - roots are starting to rot. It's such a delicate plant, I'm worried I will do more damage to it by taking moss out than if I leave it alone. Any suggestions? ive seen pics of ghosts with moss under them and they seem to be doing really well, i would say if you dont want to remove the moss then only water it twice a week, and see if that helps.

I think they look good. Having chatted with someone who was having some success growing one (she lives on the edges of a swamp), seems they are VERY slow growers, so don't judge your success by how fast they grow.
