I will be down on Puerto Vallarta next month.......does anyone know where I can get In Vitro Seedlings in the Puerto Vallarta area??????

My quick google of puerto vallarta orchid flasks yielded

You may like to contact the botanic garden there - bear in mind the need for phytosanitary or other certification as might be needed in Canada.
