How to mount Trisetella gemmata.

I understand that the roots need to breathe and be exposed, but when I mounted with sphag underneath it appears that the roots somewhat sunk and disappeared into the sphag. Should I just remove the sphag and leave the roots bare on the cork? It's in my newly constructed terrarium where humidity remains at about 80 percent.

I did this with my Porroglossum after reading some information about mounting this one from the Baker's website. I just didn't know if it was the same for the Trisetella or not since they both come from the same region.
