Poor little buggers. They probably are just tiny springtails. Collembola. Poor little decomposers who also by the way, like to eat fungus that might not be good for your orchids. In my personal opinion, there is such a thing as too sterile. Sterilizing everything might actually open up a niche for an invading fungus to lay dormant till conditions are right again. When you blow on the little bugs do they seem to jump around like they had springs on their behinds? If so, they are harmless, and you probably have them in all your potted plants anyway.
