I would treat it as a Brassia/Oncidium (Parentage is Brassia/Oncidium/Miltonia)
I have an 'Orange Delight' in a 12inch pot (massive plant)
I water it once a week with a pour though of water and then stand the pot in a bucket of water and feed every third watering. I keep it in a bright window with a little direct sunlight in the early morning.

Try searching online for "brassia culture"? I'm not much help, I haven't grown this genus yet.

I have one that looks very much like it.
It is a Brassia and blooms beautifully for me each June.
I give it bright indirect light; 40-50% humidity.
Potted up in Aussie Gold medium for now but will be switching to s/h when new roots are just a tad bigger, maybe 2 more weeks. Has oncidium type thinner roots.
I water just when the media is almost dry about every 5 days.
It is a vigorous plant and you will love it!
