Default Leaves on phals and mine orchids

I have probable posted this before but on 2 of my phals the leaves are dark green and kinda soft and are bending over. Does these mean to much water, not enough water, or to much light. I have re-potted them about 2mths ago and they are in a clear pot with bark/charcoal at bottom but roots are in moss. Others plants are doing great but these two i am worried about. Also have two onc. jairak rainbow 'plum pretty' mini orchid that i bought at lowes and forgot them in the car for a few hrs and it got about 80 outside and now they are all yellow/pail green. any hope you think.
i will get pics up soon of them all tomorrow.

I've killed a lot of orchids, for a newb... like 8 diff kinds... But Phal, I can do!

In my experience, leaves get soft right before they fall off or need to be removed. This don't mean the plant is sad, just that it's done with them leaves.

My phal is doing better than ever with robust stiff leaves and a spike better than when it was bought (prolly) and it's still tryin to drop pretty much all but two of its leaves...
..My spike has three branches and over 20 buds vs. 3 flowers total when it was at my grans...
I've had my phal for like 2 or 3 years.

If I was you, if the plant was still growin new stuff, I'd let it do what it knows it needs to. Mine don't lie to me

That one guy revived an orchid with no leaves... I think it was a phal too

I hope this is more to you than some noob blathering on to you..

I'm sure you'll have good luck

Limp Phal leaves is usually a sign of dehydration. The two main causes are not being watered enough or the roots have rotted off. I would first check the roots if they are firm and green after watering rhen they are good. If they are brown and mushy then they are dead.
