Default Cattleya aurantiaca with black spots under leaves

Also... watered my C. aurantiaca (C. aurantiaca ' Devine' AM/AOS x C. aurantiaca ' Orange Sherbet' AM/AOS) and noticed clusters of spots underneath the leaf areas that do not show through to the top side of the leaf and have no idea what they mean they were not on this part of the plant when I bought it but were on the cut off leaf (I didn't cut it it arrived here that way). Here's some pics of that too. My plants arrived extremely stressed due to the weather and I think were watered before they shipped them so the roots were not in the best of conditions I immediately re potted them because I didn't like how the material they used looked. Anyways here is some pictures let me know if this is something I should worry about.

I also have a white dendrobium that has these same spots on them, but on the top of the leaves on only one cane that has 4 leaves. It is currently spiking too. I am not sure what causes it either.

Grr so not a good day today. I keep my orchids fairly close together because I have horrible light conditions where I currently live (am moving in a month or so so yay) but now all my orchids have bugs > so I went out and bought stuff for them then spent the last hour or two treating them all and put some fungicide on the spots that I noticed just in case because at this point I'd rather be safe then sorry. One of my Phals has lost 90% of its roots due to fungus/rot the other ones seem alright minus the bugs. GRR bugs! wish me luck. All the black spots seem to be spreading now. Especially since I got a closer look at them. Must had come in with the new ones I bought because everything was fine til I got them and put them in the light with the older ones.

Does it make sense to re-pot a den that is currently in spike? My white den has many black spots on the leaves, I watered it on Saturday and checked the medium last night and found that it was still moist. It has never been re-potted before, the medium looks like bark chips. Any suggestions on what I should do?
