Default yellow roots

hi,i just re-pot my orchid "Tiger" for the first time got her from home depot 2weeks now anyhow some of her roots are yellow but firm other green and healthy i trim some off & use ground cinnimon on the roots oh its a 2 in one plantt the other has a few roots but roots are geen any thoughts from you guyz do i need a root booster?im useing fertilizer better grow 20-14-13 just start tuesday oh & i put her in special bark mix better grow.thanksz for your help.i think!!NO i know im an orchid addict a& its only 2weeks

If the roots are firm, not mushy, I don't worry about the color too much.

I hope your use of cinnamon was to merely dip the cut ends and not to cover the root system. It can be very drying and stop all branching if the coating is too thorough.
