Default Odontocidium without leaves

I finally got some help and can show a photo of my Odontocidium Tiger Crow Golden Girl. My questions were will it grow new leaves? How should I care for it? And many thanks to all who replied the other day. culpina

Hi,

Are there any roots? What kind of condition are they in? Is the pseudobulb hard or soft and squishy?

If you have a viable bulb you can sometimes get it to sprout.

I don't want to disturb the roots, just in case that shocks the plant, so I don't know what condition they are in. I am using a fertilizer put out by Shultz. Is there a good one? I live in the Northeast.
