Tell me about my new BLC. - Orchid Board

So I just bought a BLC. Rustic Spots today. What should I do for culture of this plant. Is it like my Brassavola cordata or a catt.?

Blc's look like Cattleyas. They somehow lose their vegetative appearance of the Brassavola.

So the same culture as a catt/brassavola then?

That's what I was thinking anyway, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I grow mine with the catts, same light, same water schedule.

Chas were you at Tagawas today? I was... picked up some herbs and drooled over the orchids until they chased me away.

ok..back to cleaning...I hate chores!

Naw, not Tagawas, Nick's! North of Iliff on Chambers in Aurora. Another great garden center with a nice selection of orchids and maybe a little cheaper with the prices too. They also sell fresh fruits and vegies.

OK, so I don't own any proper catts, only Brassavolas. We'll see if I can keep it alive. Maybe a picture later too.
