Newbie! growing orchids in a 55 gal fishtank! - Orchid Board

I am looking to grow some orchids in a huge fish tank.

I want to sterilize the tank, cause fish poo isn't exactly what I want the flowers to grow in...

anyone have any tips?

My goal is to have a terranium, with some orchids, ferns and carnivorous plants.

anyone have any suggestions or links to resources?

And for sterilize your tank, wash it with soap and water first and sterilize it with bleach! but remember to rinse the tank thoroughly before putting any orchids in.
