Default Would a u.v. light be good for my orchids
hello out there
i wanted to know if a u.v. light(ultra violet) wud be good for my chids ... they havent had much filtered light because of this darn winter i have them close by the window but there isn't much sun lately .....plz help any suggestions with lighting

No, UV-light has to high energy and will only damage your plants. But extra light is good and if you go for a light source with a color temperature of 6500K you get all the blue light you need!
