Dendrobium just bloomed for 2nd time-not all blooms developd

Hi all,
thaks for the message on my vanda. Another question my very first orchid is a dendrobium and it is my first to bloom for a second time. Question is only four flowers actually developed and bloomed. I had more blooms the first time when i brought it home. It wasn't as if a bud formed and then dropped off, it just never formed at all?

Is this normal? Thanks in advance
