I buy this orchid -Miltassia charles m. fitch izumi.

I think is sick, look the stem.

please help me. How care my orchid?

Azul it looks good to me however I don't own one of those so we'll see what others have to say. I think it looks really healthy.

Not sick Azul. The shrivelling is sort of normal. Just means it's giving up water to the leaves. Now why? This appears to be last year's pseudobulb. This could be very normal for Brassia crosses. Even shrivelling on current year pseudobulbs is not unheard of, but usually signals a root problem. It sounds like you just purchased this plant. Have you checked the roots? Many of us repot all new plants just so we can check the condition of roots and get the plant to the mix we prefer. The other leaf with the lightning bolt, is also pretty common. Nothing to worry about right now. The color of the leaves looks great and the bark mix looks good - just too deep. I would only recommend dumping the plant out of it's pot and mix. Check to see if the bark is really wet and degraded down inside. If so, replace it. Hold the plant high in the pot when repotting so it doesn't sit so low in the bark. Hope this helps.

All appears well to me, although I am far from an expert with orchids. I have a similar plant and water every 7-10 days and mist daily during the heat of summer. Mine bloomed 2 months ago and I have pretty much forgotten about it, outside the watering and misting. I just noticed last week it is in spike again. Slight wrinkling of the pseudobulbs is nothing to get alarmed about. Just keep doing what you're doing.

dont be botherd on the old ones... take good care of the new ones... they are the one that will produce flowers dats the cycle... the old one withers and die and new growth will appear at the same time.
