Default Promenaea hybrid leaves turning yellow

Hi all...I was thinking that perhaps I am giving my Promenaea Meadow Gold too much light. However, I've seen quite a number of people saying that Promenaea leaves will turn really gray in color if given excessive light.

I haven't seen anything anywhere about why the leaves might go yellow. Any thoughts?

Otherwise, regarding culture, I think I'm providing what it needs...moist, intermediate temps, good air circulation...

Not sure what to change to get the yellowing to stop.

Thank you for any thoughts/advice!

For future reference, should anyone else have this question, it appears there's an easy explanation...I hope...

I think the fair little Prom. did NOT like being repotted. I repotted the morning after I received her, keeping her bare root over night, as I do any time I repot. I'm guessing this dried her out just a bit too much too suddenly. So, after repotting, three leaves went yellow and then dropped. This happened literally within the two or three days after repotting.

However, since they dropped, all seems just swell. So, I'm just chalking it up to the repot. Perhaps Proms. are particularly fussy about being repotted?

I don't recall seeing many threads about this genus. Perhaps that is why no responses? I have no clue about this genus.

Yeah, I didn't find too much here before I posted originally. I really think it may just have been a short-lived stress response to the new environs. And as long as she continues to be a.o.k, I've decided to not worry about it.

I grow Promenaea in the darkest part of my shadehouse, the leafs will turn silver grey if exposed to to much light, they grow in fine bark mix and also don't seem to mind spaghnum, they need good air circulation and will drop their leafs if left wet overnight, the first sign of brown tips on the leafs is that it's to wet, yellowing leafs will occur on old leafs but on new growth it means you have a problem, do not over feed. They are prolific growers and bloomers when conditions suit them. Use a fungicide spray once a month as you should on all your orchids.

Yes, the three leaves that yellowed and dropped were all on older bulbs. But I don't think it was too wet overnight. If anything, dried out too much while bare root.
