flasklings and insecticides

Hi Everyone....I wasn't sure where to post this, so here it is! My question....I have some flasklings in a compot that are about a month old and some may be about two months old.....I have noticed some tiny bugs crawling on them....and other mature orchids. Can I treat such young seedlings with an insecticide or will it kill them? If not, what can I do? I want to get rid of my buggy problem!
