Assistance Needed re-potting Brassia

Finally summoned the courage to re-pot this orchid - Brassia longissima x Rex. I've had it about 2 years and it was in bloom when I acquired it. Over time it has grown many new psuedobulbs, leaves and roots but no new spikes or flowers. Previously planted in sphagnum and perlite and very root bound. Thank you for any advice and instructions as to where to go from here!
