Default Anyone know what’s going on with Peruflora?

I reached out to Peruflora earlier this month (well last month, early March) about placing another order from them for shipment from Redlands and they got back to me with their availability list. Since then I’ve tried to email them several times about placing that order and every time the email was sent back to me with a failure notice and was unable to be delivered. I tried both their main email address and a second one I used to request the list previously, but nothing is getting through.

Does anyone know what’s going on? Is it just a technical hiccup or did they go out of business? It sounded like they were planning on accepting order for delivery from Redlands in May, so they sure didn’t make it seem like they would go MIA. I was quite happy with the plants I’ve ordered from them in the past and I had several things I was really looking forward to getting from them so now I’m sad.

If anyone has any info or alternate means of contact, please share it here! I’d be bummed to lose another good orchid supplier.

Cheers, Jen

the most recent email address I have for them is contact@orchidsperuflora.com If that one doesn't work, perhaps someone else has contacted them recently... I'd suggest trying again in another few days, hoping it was just a technical hiccup.

Getting a response from Peruflora is like winning the lottery. You might try writing them in Spanish, I managed to place an order with them and get sufficient communication by writing en Español.

That’s the email I used this past month and got a reply. Now that same email address is being returned to me with an error. It’s not even going through anymore. So weird. It seems like it’s a problem with their email server. Hopefully they’ll realize it and get it fixed!

I’ve always been able to get responses from them just fine writing in English, luckily. I’ve written back and forth probably half a dozen to a dozen times in the past six months to a year or so (most recently has been less than an month) and they’ve always been super helpful and responsive. Sounds like that hasn’t always been other people’s experience though! Lol. The problem now is that their email address is not even working. Anything I write is being returned with an error, so it’s not even reaching them.

Ive been re-trying every week for the past three weeks but I’m hoping someone here might have a new email address or some other way to reach out to them if they are in fact still open and planning on continuing shipments!

They have a Facebook page but it doesn't look like they have updated it recently, so I would not have too much hope that they go there very often.
