Default Paphiopedilum " Black Jack " - Dark red leaves

Heya all.

My Paphiopedilum " Black Jack " which i've had for like a little over 3 months now (Came with flower) have now dropped it flower, but started to notice some leaves begin to change to a darker red color instead of the green/redish and i'm not sure if that is good or bad sign. I does not get too much light and could maybe use a little more (Winter times and don't have enough grow lamps for it to have one)

Is this normal? Since its my first Black Jack and didn't seem to be able to find info about why this is happening. Overall does the plant seem healthy enough.

I am not the Paph expert since I have exactly one, a Maudiae type.
Hopefully you get more responses.
Looking at your picture, I see the media is large bark and the bark looks dry.

How often are you watering?

hey there, wish i could give you specific advice, but other than move it as close to any window as possible, i know nothing about that hybrid. i see why you are concerned, and i would probly also question it, but if you have no other option you just have to let it ride and do the best you can do for it over the winter.

best of luck!

Around once a week, but at winter maybe each second week depends on how the medium feels. The Bark on the top looks dry but the medium and moss beneath is still moist and try to not water them too much since i've had issues with snow mold and sciarid flies in the past from overwatering

That's pretty enough to grow as a foliage plant.
