Default Miltoniopsis help

My brother got a Miltoniopsis a while ago and it is not doing well. I know they are very fussy; what should I do? I was thinking of repotted it in charcoal without disturbing the roots but I’m not sure.

If it was mine I repot it. And set it in a less than a bright spot for some times untill new growth and 💚 Greens appears.

Make sure the roots are always humid. Normally I place a plate and let a little water, never let them dry out completely.

This one looks a bit dry.

Thank you, I just repotted in charcoal and it did look very dry. I fed it with some quantum nutrients and will be patiently following your steps
