Monster bloom
Default Monster bloom

Hello everyone,
I hope you are all fine.
I’ve bought online a fertilizer called monster bloom and stated applying it mixed with rain mix 2x/month.
I’m doing that for about 2 months and I can already see strong new roots and spikes in my Vandas .
Does someone have the same experience?
Thank you very much!
Lots of flowers for you all!

If it’s the same “Monster Bloom” I’ve seen, is is a 0-50-30 fertilizer. Adding that to rain mix actually does nothing extra for the plants, as it already has plenty of both minerals.

Bloom boosters really don't help with blooms. Having a healthy plant with a good fertilizer (balanced fertilizer or low P fertilizer is best) all year round will get you "monster blooms." The concept of a bloom booster is from a bygone era when growers didn't understand fertilizers like we do now. Switching fertilizers to bloom boosters is unnecessary in this day and age.

Depends upon the concentration. Feeding every two weeks, I'd recommend 200-250 ppm N. For Rain Mix @ 11.8% N, that would be somewhere in the range of 1.5-1.75 ml/L
