Default new to forum

hello , im new to this forum and have only been growing orchid for about 3 months so i dont know all that much about them. if you have any tips on growing orchids and you think they are useful please post them . i am kind of wanting to repot my orchids in semi hydroponic pots and medium. does anyone know were to find them in southern california. oh and im thinking about getting a paph any suggestions. oh and are there any stores in southern california that specialize in orchids.

What do you have for orchids? They all very in care, so you would need to be more specific. For S/H growing, we have Welcome to First Rays Orchids (Ray) and he is awesome about explaining that for you. I don't grow that way, but he's your guy if you need help. Many here on OB grow their orchids by S/H and swear by it.
We have all kinds of information here on OB, just snoop around, ask lots of questions, and have fun.

thank you for the welcome and i have a oncidium hybrid called tahoma glacier green that just got done blooming, a noid zygopetalum that ended blooming at the beginning of the year, as well as some noid epidendrum that are hanging outside. just recently my phal died of rot, i did not notice until it was to late
