"Bloom" formulas do not promote blooming. At best, they "allow" it to happen if you have been applying excessive nitrogen previously.

Oooooooooooooooooo! They're doing it like I suspected!!!!
3 are growing new buds from very tips of stalks and 3 are popping out lower side stalks with buds!!!
I knew they'd make mama happy!!
