Oncidiopsis Francine 'Roseglow culture

Hi fellow orchid growers. I recently purchased this orchid. From what I understand this is a relatively new hybrid and I can't find any cultural information specifically for this hybrid. Does anyone have suggestions on how to grow this hybrid? Should I grow this based upon the cultural requirements of Oncidinae and/or Burrageara? Any help is appreciated.

Culture should be the same as any of the Oncidium-tribe intergeneric hybrids. Looked it up, a beauty!

Oncidiopsis = Oncidium x Miltoniopsis.

Having Miltoniopsis in the ancestry, it may not tolerate heat as well as some Oncidium intergeneric hybrids. But that shouldn't be a problem in Michigan.

Looking it up in Orchidwiz, it used to be Vuylstekeara. For what that's worth... pretty much of an intermediate grower.

Ha ha. Intermediate growers might as well be alpines as far as I'm concerned.

Where you live, the only thing that doesn't need some extra effort and TLC is cactus.

The Orchid Roots page for this plant is Oncidopsis Francine

Look at the bottom and it tells you what species going to this plant, and the percentage of that species that make up the plant. It is 25% Oncidium noezlianum, which used to be Cochlioda, and before that it was Odontoglossum, but it is certainly a cool grower. It has a little bit of Oncidium harryanum, 12.5%, and that one also used to be an Odontoglossum. The rest is various species of Miltoniopsis. They'll take a little more heat than the Odontoglossums, but not much. This is going to be a cool to intermediate grower. It won't tolerate hot summer weather. You'll probably have to keep it inside all year long, as temperatures over 80 will heat stress it, and if it stays that hot long enough, it will eventually kill it. You'll have to be careful with this one as far as temperature goes.
