Your babies are gorgeous! Not sure about the leaf. Could just be sun damage. Perhaps someone else can venture a guess, so I will bump this to the top.

I'm not a normal Dendro person, but this looks fine to me. Just looks like symptoms of hi sunlight (which most Dendros like.) With most orchids exhibiting purple from sunlight (if this is what it is) it normally slowly goes away as the plant acclimates to the new light levels. Some plants not likeing such high levels will remain purple. It's the plant's way of protecting itself.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)
