Rescue phal getting soft green spots and hats green lumps on leaves

I’ve never seen this. My newest rescue has these raised, partially translucent green patches on the leaves. They look translucent light green on the underside of the leaf, and the look like hard raised bumps on the top of the leaf. It is also on the stalk. Thoughts?

I am not sure about this, but it could be an edema/oedema. It happens when the plant takes up too much water.

From what I can see, looks like edema to me as well.
