Default Potting media for Ludisia discolor

About 2 years ago I received a Ludisia discolor as a reward for joining my local OS, the plant has since grown a lot (apparently they do not grow as slowly as I was told) and it is now mostly out of the pot (there is even a growth coming from a drain hole). I am planning to repot as soon as possible but I'm not sure what to pot it in. I am hoping to leave the plant mostly whole and grow it into a large specimen plant (probably in a large shallow pot of some kind). It is currently potted in some sort of soil-based mix with a good amount of perlite and tiny pieces of bark, but I don't really have any matching mix. I have bonsai soil mix (pictures of mix and ingredients list included), sphagnum moss, and orchiata bark (power and power+ sizes). would any of these work for it or is there something else I should use? P.S. sorry for the bad photos, I was not feeling inclined to try very hard to get them if you want a better pic just ask!
