I purchased a 'rescue' Dendrobium Fire Wings from Lowes. It was mislabeled Bl Yellow Bird (not). Searching around I found a Brassavola labeled Den Fire Wings. When I got it home I discovered that most of the roots were either gone or no visible growing root tips plus it still had a moss plug in the center. I've repotted it in a DYI clear pot made from an 8 oz plastic glass with leca in the bottom a just enough bark to go around the roots (see photos). Do Latouria types easily regrow roots? And how does one do that?

Mine rooted pretty quickly. I moved mine to moss. But, they do like to be moist, so water them alot, otherwise the leaves get black spots.
