Default Cischwenfia pusillia for miniature.

Hello all, I would like to trade my little Cischwenfia pusillia. Don't have money to buy but no one said I can't make trades,
So, I am specifically looking for Restripia sp./hybrids but will entertain other opportunities.
This is an excellent terrarium/vivarium plant. I have kept it under birght, moist conditions for over two years now.
Here is what the plant looks like now,

and this is the plant the last time it flowered. Flowers last 3 or 4 weeks.

The flowers are supposed to have a scent, but I could never get close enough to detect it.
The plant has not been in contact with other orchids since I received it from Andy's Orchids. I will ship it in the pot that it is in now.

Hey Tin, would you like a Dendrobium oligophyllum? They like high temps and bright light. PM me with the right mailing address if you want one, I'm going to the P.O. next week anyway, I think.

Hi Sue! Thanks for responding, but at this time I am not looking to get Dendrobiums. Dendrobiums are not a genera I want to collect. I'm still waiting to see if my first one ever decides to bloom again. Thanks for the offer though.

I have some news. This orchid is currently in spike. I just found a small spike on one of the new growths.

Must be the time of year. My C. sheehanae has about 9 spikes, a couple of which are as tall as the plant with large buds starting to show color. Let's see pics of yours when the big event occurs?

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

Ross, That's a very interesting pot that your plant is growing in! What material is it? Haven't see one like this before.

Thats me there, not Ross.
It's foam and I have put many little holes at the bottom. I filled the inside with osmunda fiber and topped it with sphag. It drains extremely well. The pot is included.

Very sorry about the name, Tindomul1of9! I'll try to be more careful in future.

Thats ok Shirley, no need to be sad about it. You can call me Tin, Tindo, (most people on the board call me one or the other), or by my real name, Caesar.
