I grow mine in S/H and they do great, lots of roots and flowers. I have put 9 of them into S/H when they arrived, and they love it, with no setback. They get med light, water every other day, fert 1/4 strength.

Jon if you click on Forums (see the column on the left) and go to About This Board, there is a lot of information to get you started. Welcome to the board and someone will almost always answer your questions. This is a friendly place. Carol (Hope this helps)

I am growing Psychopsis Mendenhall in 2-pot S-H system in a south facing window. The first spike, with a branch, has been in bloom for over 2 years, and now a second spike is about to bloom. Easy to grow and veery rewarding!
