I have had a paphiopedilum green heron x makuli albae for half a year now, in spring a new leaf was emerging with the other 4 leafs already existing and it is not hardly growing at all, i have in my upstair bathroom and seems to be doing alright, wintr id soon aproaching so i will bring it downstairs ontop of my fishtank to get more warmth.

Welcome!
I guess what we need to know is how you care for the plant, watering/fertilizing regime, how much sun it's getting, and a picture would be much help. Paph's tend to be somewhat slow growers, but they have specific needs.
I'm not familiar with that exact one, but I find that paphs need a little more light than some of the books say. More information would be appreciated.
