Hello Kaityjo and welcome to OB.
Can you post a picture of your phal..it will help to diagnose the problem. Also, what kind of potting media are you using and what color are the roots in the media-green or white?

Okay, I finally got some pictures, however, they are on my photo album on my profile, it was the only place I knew how to post pictures on, so let me know what you think! =) Thanks!
To answer your question though, the roots are underneath in the media are green and the aerial roots are whitish green. I am using the bark media stuff that just came with it. It all looks great except that one leaf. I would also like to know how to take good care of it so it can grow more spikes and another plant =)
