Its a primary hybrid between Brassia arcuigera and Oncidium wentworthianum.

If you want to know the parentage of any registered orchid hybrid, just check out this site:

Royal Horticultural Society - Plants: The International Orchid Register

It's run by the Royal Horticultural Society, which is responsible for the registration of orchid hybrids.
