I was looking at a few of these Miranda's table at the SEPOS show and seriously considered picking one up, but ended up walking away with a dowiana var rosita. But I was thinking these plants are tailor made for semi-hydro.......

I wrap enough moss around the plant to hold it in the top of the clay pot. The bottom half of the pot is empty. This allows air to roots and you can water heavily because it dries out very quickly.

Grab some damp long-fiber sphagnum moss. Wrap it around just the rhizome area of the pseudobulbs, with much of the root system dangling below the moss. Have the moss extend past the plant a few centimeters. Stuff it into a clay pot so the moss is tight enough against the pot wall to hold the plant in the pot, with the moss near the top of the pot, and the roots dangling into the empty lower part of the pot.

I see... Thanks for the explanation, ES.
It seems a good solution fot small pots, which is not my case. I bought a rectangular clay pot with 40 x 20x20 cm. It would be difficult to stabilize the plant with moss only, given the pot dimension.
