Actually, a peloric flower is formed when a species with bilaterally symmetrical flowers produces more or less radially symmetrical flowers instead. A peloric orchid can have petals more or less disguised as lips or the reverse, although the latter are much less often seen. For example, Phragmipedium lindenii.
