I can see why, heck, I am jealous of people in Florida! On the other hand, I really do like seasonal change, mountains and such. I am in the desert now, and although it has many things to recommend it, I really think that I am lured by some place like South Carolina with both some warmth and seasonal change mountains (if rather low) and the sea within a several hour drive.
