I ship clearly-labeled "Live Orchid Plants" packages to FL all the time, and have never had an issue.

Default Two California vendors who say that inspection or quarantine is required.

Shipments of plants to Florida, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Louisiana and Mississippi require inspection by state agricultural department personnel which will add $40 to the cost of the order.

Santa Barbara orchid estate question???

Well, that's two nurseries that comply with Florida's regulations.

Still doesn't change what I wrote previously, there is currently no system in place on Florida's end to check to see if anyone is actually complying with the law.....
