Here is a photo of my ghost orchid, taken yesterday. Sorry for the poor quality. In the photo, you can see the new root which has begun growing from the center within the past couple weeks. Also visible is the other actively growing root, which has grown upwards into the bark and has emerged through a crack and continued to grow along the surface of the hickory bark.
