Psychopsis Flower Problem Male
Default Psychopsis Flower Problem

Hello everyone!

Kevinator here. Its been quite a while since I posted anything and I want to discuss something with the experts.

My Psychopsis clone has been slow on developing flower buds lately and the resulting flowers came out half the size of my original flowers (from 3" by 5" to 1 1/2" by 2"). Has anyone had this happen before? The only thing I can suspect is my increased water and fertilizer regime to two times a week and every four weeks (light is now direct morning sun with filtered light for the rest of the day). The humidity here is quite low and it is growing in coarse bark. I tried looking around and have found no reports on this.

Thanks!
Kevinator

Mine is putting out a new flower rght now too and it looks as though it will be smaller. I don't know what causes it but I don't think it is anything to worry about......Jean
