My old house was on a pond. It was ab-so-lut-ely loaded with the invasive, cuban tree frogs. They are the largest tree frogs in North America. It eats all the native little green tree frogs. It also poops on everything. I mean big poop!
I use to get trapped in the house because they hung out on my front door. I've opened the door had them plop on me. So, I learned to look out the window to make sure they weren't there before I left the townhouse.
I made sure, when I bought my new house that everything in pots was scoured for them. Of course, I didn't do it...I'm petrified of them.

The only problem you may encounter is transfer of soil fungi/ bacteria from the ground to plants, more of a human than frog thing, & less likely with tree frogs. I love 'em!
