Default Stunted leaves with spots

Hi ,i have been getting a few leaves that are slightly or very stunted and distorted around the edges. They are green and have light yellow spots like chloritic ,what i don't like is it is the new leaves that are mostly effected and on my Masdevallias .
I am thinking chemical damage but not sure , i have been using MSU @ 75 PPM N @ every watering so don't think this is excessive .I have also used superthrive & KLN earlier in the year .I periodically spray all my plants with physan and white oil (veg oil /dish soap mixed and diluted ).

Any ideas ?

Only an Idea? But I believe I noticed 'abnormalities' in my plants and flowers when I mixed those 2 exact products a couple yrs ago & I have not done it since and have not had a prob since ... :

Hi, could be i guess, i didn't mix them together but did use them maybe alternate and mainly on my Masdevallia as i wanted to give them a boost after i repotted most of them into CHC .Thinking about it i don't think i used them much at all with my other plants so maybe that could be it coming to think of it .I will have to look at my records to see what and when i used them .So maybe i have over done it for the Massies.
I am now going to completely simplify my regime and just stick with the MSU ,physan -fungicide.sometimes and white oil for bug killer .I have been adding Humate which is fulvic every two weeks .
I will be leaving out the superthrive for sure and only use KLN on poorly rooted plants ie bare root .

Many thanks

The word is not to use neem oil when the plants are in the sunlight. It burns the leaves. One of it's drawbacks. The white oil would probably react the same way neem oil would, both being oil. A possibility to consider.

Hi ,my greenhouse is well shaded and it is with only certain plants, but as you say is is worth keeping in mind .I think it is Aphids sap sucking the tender new growths then obviously as the growth gets larger is distorted and show the damage more .
I have sprayed them all with white oil and will get some bug killer too .

For anyone interested in this it was definitely Aphid damage! They get into the foliage unnoticed and do the damage on the young emerging growths. At this point the Aphids can catch you out unless you are super vigilant or know what to look for. Unfortunetely once they have done the damage the new growth when mature looks a right mess and needs removing.
What ever bug treatment you use be persistent and don't assume one hit will do. I have also found being selective doesn't work, spray all your plants.

75 ppm N at every watering is ridiculously excessive, especially for masdies. Flush out the medium with distilled or RO water several times, then take the juice down to 20 ppm N.

My feed comes out around 550us/m or 350ppm. I feed at every watering and have never needed to flush. They grow very well.
