Good question. I would assume most people use the same ones they use for their other "plain old normal" Orchids. No offense

Well, what is the "normal" orchid? Some orchids like it lighter, others - a bit heavier, more often, less often, etc.... All vandaceous love to eat, preferably every week. I believe the same formula as for phals will be just fine.

I think vandas are supposed to be heavy feeders? I feed mine weekly at about 1/2 of the concentration recommended on the label.

To Elena
To Elena and all other people having answered;
Thank you for your responses but would you please be more precise:" 1/2 of the concentration recommended on the label". I prefer a concentration in mgr/L of nitrogen. If we want compare various fertilisers programs we must be more accurate.

I fertilize my Vandaceous (all of them no matter what they are) with full strength 20-20-20 from a hose end sprayer.
