I hope too... But...
Yesterday the plant became worse. Half of the last leaf was rotten. There was a small area of ​​rot on the neck. The plant from swollen turned into a more dense. I smeared all rot places with a solution of Castelani (formalin + fuchsia).
Now the plant is slightly blown by the air. Lightly spray the soil to the state of wet linen before ironing, after very light dry. Humidity is about 60%. Bright shade.

There's no need to put formalin and fuchsia on it. It is not dying as a result of a disease organism. That is a secondary problem. The primary problem is too much water. That's why I recommended an airy potting media.

Yes, thank you. It seat on the Styrofoam little cube, between a roots. In the bottom of the pot some bark, above the roots sphagnum thin layer in one fiber.

Today after work I was afraid to look at sedirea, but she was alive. But slightly widened the strip of rot on the leaf. The roots and the substrate was dry. I watered plant by fungicide solution and removed it from the pot. Then I repotted the orchid into the dry, clean bark of the middle fraction, for better aeration of the roots. I'll watering it in morning.

It's upside down. The leaves should point down. If you want to leave it like this, that's fine too, but know that the newer leaves will grow pointing down.
